Shipping policy

In agreeing to purchase item/s from us, you agree to these conditions:

Processing Time

Generally, your purchase is shipped within 2 to 3 business days pending payment verification and processing, unless a specific time frame is requested. Please reach out to us and let us know if you wish so.

Shipping Courier

We ship exclusively via DHL.
Domestic and international shipping is done via DHL Express

Import Duties and Taxes

For international clients, please be aware that we will not cover any import duties or taxes. Custom is outside our control as different countries have different rules and tariffs when calculating import duties and taxes.

Changes to Shipping Address

We are not able to make any changes to the shipping address once the tracking number has been created. Upon check out, please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you wish to pay by Paypal, we ship ONLY to your primary address set on your Paypal. If you have multiple addresses on your Paypal account, please ensure the address you want us to ship your item to, is set to primary before making payment. Please note as per Paypal recent refund policy, Paypal fees is not refundable/reversible. It is your due diligence to make sure the address on your Paypal is correct before making payment to us.

Signature Required

All orders are shipped with signature required due to the value of our items.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

We don’t deliver to P.O. Box

Shipping to a Business

If you choose to ship to a business, please provide the Company name and contact phone number. Please make sure this business address is set to Primary in your Paypal account before making payment.
