Timeless Vogue determines prices based on recent sales of comparable items and our own record of sales and does consider item’s retail price, condition, rarity, and desirability in the current fashion trends. Prices are fixed at the amount indicated on the website. The price of an item is determined based upon the market value of like items, which is based on its popularity, color and condition. We take great efforts to set our prices fairly based upon the current market value and therefore the stated prices are firm.
Some items may be priced higher than the original retail price due to:
- Sold Out Item - When a particular item sells out completely at boutiques or online, the item value may increase beyond its original retail price due to its scarcity and high demand for the item.
- Rarity – Vintage, limited edition and Special order pieces, which may exceed current retail prices because of the item rarity in market
- Old Price Tags - Some items are several years old and have their original price tag or receipt attached reflecting a retail price from years ago. Due to price increases these items’ original price become irrelevant and are now valued above the original price showing on the receipt.
One of the best ways to shop with us is via our layaway opportunity. We are happy to offer layaway on the majority of our items, but it is on an item to item basis as each item belongs to different consignor.

We ship almost everywhere, however, a few countries have customs policies that have made shipping luxury brand items very difficult. For this reason, we do not ship to Africa, Latin America, parts of Europe, parts of Asia, and parts of Middle East.

For international clients, please be aware that we will not cover any import duties or taxes. Custom is outside our control as different countries have different rules and tariffs when calculating import duties and taxes.
Generally, your purchase is shipped within 2 to 3 business days pending payment verification and processing, unless a specific time frame is requested. Please reach out to us and let us know if you wish so.
At this stage, accepted designer brands for consignment are CHANEL, GUCCI, HERMES AND LOUIS VUITTON
At this stage, we only accept consignment items locally here in Australia and therefore not accepting any consignment from overseas
You have 14 days to accept quotes from us, at which time the offer will expire. Once a quote has expired, you will need to resubmit your item by completing our consignment form on our Selling page. We request that you do not submit the same item more than one time in a 14-day period.
If any of your items are deemed non authentic there is a $150 AUD fee/per item to receive the item back which covers our authentication time and labor.
Once you accept our quote, please kindly print it out and include it to the item(s) you’re sending. Securely pack your item(s) with bubble wraps and use a packaging box to avoid damage in transit. We require that you use signature confirmation with the shipping carrier you choose. We also suggest you add extra cover/insurance with for extra peace of mind. Timeless Vogue is responsible for your item(s) whilst it is already in our possession, but not responsible whilst your item(s) being lost in transit

If your item does sell, we will send payment within two business days of selling your item. It is your responsibility to ensure you are passing the correct BSB and account number.
Most of our consignments sell before the 30-day consignment term ends. After the 30 days is up, Timeless Vogue will contact you to discuss keeping it available for sale at a reduced price or returning the item to you. Please note that shipping is on consignor’s expense.
Please note that Item(s) must be physically with us and are required to stay with us for a minimum of 30 days to ensure that we are able to maximize the marketing strategy for your items. If you want to withdraw your item early before the 30 days you will be subject to an early withdrawal fee $150 AUD which covers our time and labor for photographing the item.
